I bought this product in jan 08 and after few uses it broke in Mar 08. Contacted the customer care and they informed that this item is not fixable and hence to be returned for refund ...and THEY WONT pay for the shipping the item back to them. so the customer end up paying more over the price he paid for this product and one never knows if he/she will get the refund or not. Bad quality just stay away ..spend a bit more and get a better quality.Customer Review: Carefull with the motor

This is gonna be my third Braun hand blender.
All two previous was broken by overpower works....one damaged by a whole potato. And something hard this time...anyhow it just stop working.
I like it very well. Come with a set of blender and mixer two container. But it is really just for some small and soft food, not a real blender.
